Learn about the five basic food groups and understand the
principles of a healthy balanced diet.
Recognise the difficulties faced by vulnerable groups and
individuals choosing special diets due to religious, cultural,
ethnic, medical or other reasons, in achieving a healthy balanced
diet.
45 minute exam consisting of 20 multiple choice questions.
